This historic family-run business has been running in the East End since 1905 and produces the best smoked salmon in the world. Their London Cure recently received European PGI protected status.

I put together their weekly email campaigns, first developing a content strategy and calendar, then writing each email and charting their performance against KPIs. I developed a catalogue of standard responses for common customer service queries and drafted the website FAQs.

I drew up their social media strategy, optimised their site for SEO and raised their Google review score, leading to a tangible increase in sales.

In addition, I developed marketing assets, such as their annual print catalogue, packaging, menus and brochures and wrote press releases for big media events such as the PGI announcement.
