Organiclea grows organic, local veg on the edge of Epping forest. This community enterprise’s ingredients are sought after by Michelin-starred restaurants including Clove Club, and Walthamstow residents can subscribe to a local veg box delivery. I wrote the weekly box newsletter, specifically with updates from the field and notes on produce. I also developed simple recipes for harder-to-use ingredients.
I created friendly standard responses for common customer service queries, updated website copy and created marketing materials to promote the scheme in local media and in the wider community.
